I was inspired to create my own guided meditations using Quantum Touch and Supercharging insights mixed with my own music, thoughts and visions. Brainwave Entrainment refers to the brain's electrical response to rhythmic sensory stimulation, such as sound or light. In response to this rhythmic stimulus, the brain responds by synchronizing to the same rhythm.
